Brand Origin and Concept
Originating from Chayan Yuese, they hope to promote their well-reviewed alcoholic products as the main focus and launch a new product line. It's positioned as a casual, interest-based mini bar with a theme of arts and poetry, advocating the concept of 'poetry as company, tea by day and drinks by night,' aiming to create a slightly tipsy space that blends the scents of tea, alcohol, and poetry.
Chayanyuese officially announced that it will close all 'Day and Night Poetry, Wine, and Tea' stores in Changsha by October 31 of the same year.
The brand's signature technique is fresh nitrogen whipping, which creates an extra smooth and creamy texture. Its menu is divided into three main collections: tea cocktails, wine cocktails and exclusive large-store specials. In the daytime, it serves low-alcohol and non-alcohol milk tea (ABV ≤0.5%), friendly to people who do not drink alcohol. At night, it provides light tea cocktails with alcohol from 1% to 6%, delivering a gentle mellow feeling.
Four types of premium tea are selected: black tea, green tea, oolong tea and yellow tea. Fresh fruits such as avocado and peach are added to create rich taste layers. Classic drinks include Green Fairy Tale, Spring Ballet, Love Letter, Butterbeer World of Muggles, Flower in Clenched Fist. All drink names carry poetic charm, following Chayan Yuese's romantic artistic style.
The visual design inherits the Chinese aesthetic style of Chayan Yuese. Cups are printed with classical figure illustrations full of poetic charm. The store space integrates literature and poetry. Areas are divided by book themes such as reading, music and travel. There is a wall for visitors to write and leave messages freely, building an interactive and relaxing literary environment. Targeting young people aged 18 to 30 who love atmospheric moments, its drinks are affordably priced from 13 to 21 RMB. Customers can enjoy creative tea-wine at milk-tea prices, forming an affordable light-intoxication space for youth.
